1. What Buoycott is

Buoycott is an Australian decluttering tool for your home and your spending. What you clear out teaches you what not to buy next — turning decluttering into mindful, intentional consumption. It does not provide financial, medical, or psychological advice. During this preview, demo values are simulated and no real transactions occur. Paid subscriptions are not yet available.

2. Contact and marketing consent

By submitting the contact form, you agree we may contact you in reply to your enquiry. If you opt in (by ticking the relevant checkbox), you also agree we may send you news, updates, and marketing about Buoycott. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at contact@buoycott.com.au.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Buoycott for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable law. You must not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the security of the site or app.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Buoycott.

5. Disclaimers and liability

Buoycott is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any decisions you make about your finances or personal property while using the tool. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of State of Victoria, Australia.
